A lot has happen in the past 4 months, a few broken legs, yes a few, but I have kept training hard off the bike like never before. I will be missing Loretta Lynn, (No, I couldn't qualifies with 2 broken legs!) but I am focusing on the futur and have decided to move up to the very challenging B class. I am now ready to go back on the bike and I am very excited about it. I am ready as well as my bikes. We have moved our team to a brand new facility that is awesome. Over 3000 sq. ft. with a gym, a mechanic area, office space, video room, class room, big warehouse area where we can park the rig inside. Location: Haines City, Florida, 3 miles from James Stewart compound.
The next few months will be very exciting and I am super pump (like RC) to be in such a good shape and I am ready for the big league.
I will post some pictures of our new facility shortly, still have some finishing touch-up to do.

I started riding on March 27th, a little over 3 weeks after I broke some bones. I have to tell you that I was feeling no pain and my cardio was definitely there. The strengh on my left arm wasn't back 100% but normal condition resume after a few days. I went on to win the 450 C-class again at Bithlo and had some fun in the process. Last week-end I went to Seminole and qualified 2nd on the 250C-class stock. I had 1 good and 1 bad moto in the mod and 450 class but will take care of that in Georgia in May. Special thanks to Steve Ross at Factory Connection for the awesome suspension.
For easter week-end I am going to Thundercross, Okeechobee to practise on the new track for the first time. it should be fun, I have heard that the track is very nice.
My 250-mod bike engine is at PR-2 for an overall, I can't wait to have it back for the next race.

I broke my Clavicle (collar bone) and my spatula practicing with JSR last week at Hard Rock in Ocala. The doctor said 4 to 6 weeks recovery. I will be ready in 3 to 4 weeks and the doc will give me the green light, you want to bet? This is my secret recipe: I am using the EXOGEN 4000+ Bone Healing System and increase my intake of Calcium with 2x1200mg per day, also taking Symphytum Officinale 6C, Fasst Patch and keep my healthy diet while adding a few more apples per day. I also keep training at the gym, modifying my program of course, but still pushing a lot. I have also been doing extra work on my school lessons to provide extra time for my MX training when ready. I am keeping positive and focus.
By the way, thanks to my Physician Assistant: David M. Costello for the good cares.

First lets start by saying that today is my birthday, I am now 14. In the past few weeks a lots has happen. I am now officially a student of On Track, a private online school. So now, I can work on my dreams everyday of the year.
I am riding my new RMZ 450 and lovin it! Last week-end I destroyed the C class finishing 1st, 18 seconds in front of the 2nd in only 4 laps. If you do the maths, it is 4,5 seconds faster per laps.
I did a lots of riding in the last month and I am now at MTF for a full week of intense training with Collin Millsap.
The big double at MTF
Next week-end I will be at Reddick for the regional Qualifier for Loretta Lynn.
Next-week, I will be training with JSR, the king himself, in Central Florida. Wow, Collin Millsap and Jean-Sebastion Roy back to back, it should be good for my lap time.
I will keep you posted...

I am training full-time for 10 days in a row in different tracks in central Florida. Sounds like a lot of fun to me. Hard work but fun work. My lap times are dropping. Next week-end I should have my new RMZ 450 ready to rock, can't wait!

Derek Medaglia, me and Jeremy Medaglia.
Jeremy was under our tent today in Gatorback for the 5th round of the winter-am serie. This guy is a very fast rider from Canada. He is training at GPF before going back to Canada for the next National.
I did ok myself with an overall 6th place in the 250cc C class with again a full gate (42 riders) this week-end.
Me, overjumping the finish line by 30 feet, my left wrist still hurt.

We went to Bithlo to ride on Saturday. I had some very good tips from the king himself, JSR. It was a lot of fun riding with him.
JSR, Melanie and Maeli stayed home for a few days, we had a blast.

Waldo, Florida. I am starting a week of training with Christian Gilbert from MX School 91. My week started on a good foot, I was the fastest to run the track this morning, yes RUN. I hope I will be the fastest on my bike.

Gatorback, Florida, 1st round of the famous Winter-Am Serie. Riders from around the world came to compete in this very competitive serie. In the C Class 250cc we were 50 competitors and we had to go trough qualifications. I finished 6th and was very happy with my result.
